Transparent pricing
Being stranded on the side of the road is no fun! You may be concerned about getting gouged by tow companies in these situations. E-Towing has decided to display it’s pricing so our customers know that we’re consistent.
Please understand that in cases of extreme weather, our prices will increase.
Broke down? We’ll get your car where it needs to go. Our rate includes the first 10 miles free from our location in south Bend. Mileage or other rates may also apply. See our other services for more details or give us a call for information.
Towing base rate - $130
If your towing destination is more then 10 miles from our location in south Bend, our per-mile rate gets added to the towing base rate. This is charged one way to your destination from our facility.
Mileage rate - $8 / mile
Examples may be when vehicle is stuck in park and can’t be reached by the tow truck, locked and we don’t have the keys, or needs to be towed a long distance down a rough dirt road. This fee is not typical, ask us a head of time and we can discuss if this applies to your situation.
Additional time or equipment - $35
Locked your keys in the car? Dead battery? Ran out of gas? No problem. We’ll get you unlocked, jump started, or fueled up and rolling. For fuel deliveries, rate covers 3 gallons of fuel Additional fuel is $10 per gallon. (We can also deliver other fluids like oil, coolant, etc. if needed). This rate includes the first 5 miles free from our location in south Bend. Beyond that our mileage rate applies.
Lockout, jump start, or fuel delivery - $60
Flat tire? We’ll come install your spare. This rate includes the first 5 miles free from our location in south Bend. Beyond that our mileage rate applies.
Flat tire - $70
Get stuck or slide off the road? We’ll get you going again. This rate is incurred by the half hour. If you’re not sure how long it will take we can do our best to give you an estimate before we head over. This rate includes the first 5 miles free from our location in south Bend. Beyond that our mileage rate applies.
Winch out - $70
Need a trailer moved? We’ll do that. Something heavy in your way? We can probably fix that too. Your car needs a belt, battery, or other small repair? Let us know. Here at E-Towing we like a good challenge. If you think we might be able to help you with something a little different than our day-to-day operations, just give us a call!
